Founders & Management

Professor Manuel C. Dioquino, PhD, is the CEO and Board Chairperson. He has utilized his specialization in Organization Development and Socio-Technical Systems Management to educate the target market on the emerging technology.  In the set-up phase of Corephil, he has doubled up as Sales Manager.  Dr. Dioquino served in the University of the Philippines for 23 years before moving to Kyunghee University in South Korea for 8 years.  He vowed to bring with him, upon his return (5 months ago) to the Philippines, greenfield technology that has high social impact as well.  

Korasia, based in South Korea, is a holding firm with interests in the Philippines and Vietnam.  It is represented here by two investors, Jeremy Heesu Son and Eric Sanghoon Song.  It owns 40% of the company.

Mr. Jeremy Heesu Son is seconded to Corephil, where he sits as  the VP for Technical Services.  He relocated to the Philippines ten months ago to set up the firm.  He is responsible for having successfully surveyed Batanes sites, EuroHydro river sources in Davao Oriental, the MakBan facility of Aboitiz Power, heritage/tourism sites and road segments in Bohol Province, and around 70% of Tacloban City.

The Board of Directors is composed of the three persons above plus Mrs. Lora Liza Dioquino who serves as Treasurer, Atty. Alfredo Cruz who serves as Corporate Secretary, and Mr. Eduardo Chanco, Jr.
